Description
San Matias Tahona Tequila Blanco is the artisanal expression from one of Mexico's oldest tequila producers — San Matias Distillery in the Jalisco highlands, established in 1886. The Tahona expression uses the traditional tahona stone wheel to crush the cooked agave, a labor-intensive method that extracts the agave fibers along with the juice, adding a distinctive earthy, textured complexity to the final spirit.
Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and produced using this ancient technique, San Matias Tahona Blanco is a tequila of genuine craft and character — the kind of expression that connects you directly to the centuries-old tradition of Mexican tequila production.
