Astral Tequila is a collaboration between master distiller Carlos Camarena — the legendary figure behind Tapatio and El Tesoro — and the team at Anchor Distilling. Made at La Alteña Distillery in the Jalisco highlands, Astral Blanco is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave using traditional methods: brick oven cooking, roller mill extraction, and copper pot still distillation.

The result is a highland blanco with the characteristic sweetness and floral complexity of the Los Altos region — clean, bright, and deeply expressive of the agave. Camarena's fingerprints are all over this one.
