The applicable rate tier depends on the shipping destination and is confirmed at checkout. In rare cases, certain destinations or products may require a shipping adjustment; if so, we’ll contact you before any additional charge is made.
How Shipping Works
Orders are generally shipped once per week.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated so you can follow the shipment.
Because we ship alcoholic beverages, an adult age 21 or older must be available to sign for delivery and provide valid identification.
Special Orders & Preorders
Products marked Special Order or Preorder may require additional time before fulfillment.
Special-order products generally take approximately 5–15 business days to arrive.
If an order contains both in-stock and special-order products, the entire order may be held until all items are available. Product-specific timing is shown on the applicable product page whenever possible.
